America's Test Kitchen sent me a couple of reminders that Chris will be in New York City promoting Baking Illustrated, the latest Best Recipe Classic.

The "Mr. Kimball" thing cracks me up: does Chris really like being called "Mr. Kimball"? He doesn't strike me as a "Mr." kind of guy. When we met him at "The Kitchen Detective" book signing last fall he was really friendly and down to earth, chatting warmly with all the attendees.

Oh, and it looks like we even get to taste chocolate, that's a nice little bonus.
